ccmi recharge rates

We recharge for some of our services. Recharges are used for instrument maintenance and rates are calculated from the annual running costs. Current rates are detailed below. (Effective 7/1/08)

FACScan		$10.00 per 15 minutes³
LSR	basic	$10.00 per 15 minutes³
	with UV	$52.00 per hour³
Sorter	single laser	$25.00 setup + $52.00 per hour
	multi laser	$50.00 setup + $62.00 per hour
	microplate deposition	add $25.00 setup
	nonstandard sheath	add $103.00 setup
Leica SP2 confocal		$26.00 per hour^1,3
DeltaVision		$10.00 per hour
Laser color prints of images		$1.00 each²
Fuji Imager		$4.00 per scan
Typhoon		$4.00 per scan
Plate reader		$1.00 per scan

Training is provided for any of these instruments except the cell sorter which only CCMI staff may operate. Contact us for more information. If you have a one-off experiment, we will happily run your samples with you.

No-Show and late arrival policy: Recharged time starts at the time you signed up. If you don't show up, you will be charged for the entire time reserved.

Notes:

Four hours free after initial training (must be used within 1 week).
First five per month free.
Instrument left on overnight: 50% of charge for time left on.
